These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application (“App”), and any products or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Wellness Technologies.ai. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must immediately terminate your use of the Services.
- Services Description
Wellness Technologies.ai (W-T.ai) provides various consumer products and services, including but not limited to:
- Wellness Technologies.ai App: A mobile application that, together with the W-T.ai BC-12 smart scale, measures weight and various biometrics.
- W-T.ai Wellness or Weight Loss Intelligence Report: Generated by health practitioners using the W-T.ai Intelligence Analysis.
- Remote Patient Monitoring: Health practitioners or their employees can monitor patients’ wellness data and journaling via the App.
- Community Portal: Access to educational videos, self-help videos, recipes, guidance, and a community forum.
- Use of the Services
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3.2 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

- Health and Medical Disclaimer

- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Services.
- Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Wellness Technologies.ai, its parent company, Intelligent Technologies.ai, LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
- User-Generated Content
8.1 Responsibility for User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services (“User-Generated Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the licenses granted herein to Wellness Technologies.ai and its users.
8.2 License to Wellness Technologies.ai
By posting User-Generated Content on or through the Services, you grant Wellness Technologies.ai and its parent company, Intelligent Technologies.ai, LLC, a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User-Generated Content in connection with operating and providing the Services.
8.3 Monitoring and Enforcement
Wellness Technologies.ai reserves the right to remove or modify User-Generated Content for any reason, including User-Generated Content that we believe violates these Terms or our policies.
- Disclaimers
9.1 No Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Wellness Technologies.ai does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wellness Technologies.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Services; (ii) any content obtained from the Services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
